These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NutriOS, a software service that helps nutritionists create personalized meal plans. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Plans, credits and billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. The price, cycle and included credits are always shown before checkout and in your billing settings.
- Plans include a monthly credit allowance. Actions such as PDF generation, email delivery and revisions consume credits. Current costs are listed on the pricing page and inside the app.
- Credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Extra credit packs never expire.
- Only successful actions consume credits; failed generations cost nothing.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next billing cycle, and you may cancel before then.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from Settings, under Profile, via “Manage subscription”. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Payment terms are described in our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may not share your account or resell access, present generated plans to patients without your professional review, upload unlawful content, reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform, or abuse the affiliate program. You confirm that you are a qualified professional, or acting under one, and are solely responsible for the plans you deliver.
6. Client data
You keep full ownership of the client data you enter. You are responsible for having a lawful basis (such as client consent) to process it, and for the professional accuracy of the plans you deliver. Processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or discontinue features with reasonable notice; adverse changes to paid features entitle you to cancel before renewal.
8. AI-generated content
Meal plans are drafted with the help of third-party AI models (Claude, Gemini) orchestrated by our automation workflows. AI output can contain errors, so every plan must be reviewed by a qualified professional before delivery. See our Medical & Nutritional Disclaimer.
9. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages and for medical outcomes of the plans you produce.
10. Termination
We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. You may delete your account anytime; personal data is then handled per our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
