These terms apply to participants of the NutriOS external affiliate program (cash-commission partners). They supplement, and for affiliates replace, the general Terms of Service. Questions: affiliate@nutrios.eu.
1. Joining
You apply through our application form. Approval is at our discretion, or automatic when that option is enabled. You may join as an individual or a business. You participate as an independent contractor; you are not our employee or agent, and you are responsible for your own taxes.
2. Commission
- You earn the commission percentage shown in your dashboard on the first payment of every customer you refer.
- Referrals are tracked by your unique link (
?ref=code) through a 30-day cookie, or by your coupon code entered at signup. The last referral source before signup counts. - Self-referrals, existing accounts, and fraudulent or fake signups earn nothing and may lead to removal from the program.
3. Payouts
- Request payouts from your dashboard once your balance meets the minimum shown there.
- We review requests within 3 to 5 business days and pay via the method you selected, where it is available in your region.
- Refunded or charged-back payments are deducted from future balances.
- Commissions are paid in USD unless stated otherwise.
4. Promotion rules
Do not spam, make misleading or health claims (for example, “cures disease”), bid on our brand names in paid search ads, impersonate NutriOS, or promote through sites hosting unlawful content. Promotional posts must be disclosed as promotions (for example, #ad) in line with applicable advertising rules (FTC/ASA).
5. Termination
Either side may end participation at any time. On termination you remove your links. Earned but unpaid commissions above the minimum are paid on the next cycle, unless your participation ends for fraud or a serious rule violation, in which case the balance is forfeited.
6. Changes
We may update commission rates or these terms with 14 days’ notice by email or dashboard notice. Continued promotion after that constitutes acceptance.
